Active profile
In Klaviyo, an active profile is a profile that can receive at least one type of marketing: a valid email address or phone number, not suppressed and not unsubscribed. It is the number Klaviyo bills the subscription on.
How it is computed, where to read it
An unsubscribed, bounced or deleted profile stays in the account for reporting but leaves the billable count once processed as suppressed.
Klaviyo shows the active profile count under Billing. The price follows fixed tiers; a few hundred profiles below the next tier, suppressing inactive profiles before the billing date changes the bill.
