Flow entries

Definition

Flow entries are the number of profiles that triggered a flow over a period: every profile meeting the trigger condition (abandoned cart, sign-up, order) enters the flow. It is a flow's throughput, independent of what it earns.

How it is computed, where to read it

A drop in entries on a live flow signals a trigger that dried up: a disconnected integration, a broken form, a renamed event. Revenue follows a few days later, which is why entries are worth watching first.

A spike in entries signals the opposite: a list import sent by mistake into a welcome flow, or an event firing in a loop.

KlaviBoard compares each live flow's entries with the previous period and alerts on a drop of at least 70% or a rise of at least 300%, with a volume floor to ignore small flows.

The threshold

A drop of at least 70% or a rise of at least 300% in a live flow's entries versus the previous period: KlaviBoard alert rules.

KlaviBoard brings 3 to 20 Klaviyo accounts into one dashboard, compares every figure with the previous period and warns you when a threshold is crossed. The Free plan connects 3 accounts, no credit card.
